Based in Brisbane, Queensland, Estimating 101 provides accurate and cost-effective construction estimating services specialising in new home construction and domestic renovations.

We help save our clients money by making sure their project stays on budget, and that costs are accurately estimated and managed. We have over 20 years experience as both an estimator and registered builder, and if you’re looking for someone to help you keep your project costs under control you’ve come to the right place.

FAQs

1. How long does it take to receive an estimate?

Generally we will have your estimate completed within 1-2 weeks. Often projects become urgent, we can certainly assist to meet these deadlines.

2. What format is the estimation presented?

The estimation is either in Databuild,Buildxact format or as an Excel spreadsheet depending on your preference.

3. What are the steps to the estimating process?

It’s easy. Send us a plan, we will send you a cost for the estimate, once you send us approval you will receive the estimate within the quoted time.

4. What are the payment terms?

Generally the first project will require a payment prior to completion. Ongoing projects will be invoiced on 7 day terms.
